Work Experience | Experience as Arbitrator and/or Counsel in Arbitrations Appeared in numerous ICC, LCIA, ICSID and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, increasingly as arbitrator. Main areas of specialisation are joint ventures/shareholders’ agreements, petrochemicals/oil/gas, aviation/air transportation, satellite and telecommunications, agency and distribution. Currently a Vice-President of the LCIA Court (London) and serving as a Council member on the Board of the ICC Institute of World Business Law (Paris). Also Visiting Professor at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. |
