TRAC Model Mediation Agreement

TRAC recommends the following standard agreement to all parties wishing to submit their disputes to the TRAC Rules of Mediation:

“Hereby, the parties agree to submit the below-described dispute to mediation in accordance with the Mediation
Rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre.
