The revival of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program may open the door for a newfound era of transatlantic cooperation when engaging with Iran. TRAC, as part of its mandate to promote alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Iran and the broader region, is hosting a virtual panel discussion to examine the legal aspects of the JCPOA dispute resolution mechanism and its role in restoring the deal.
Our stellar lineup of panelists, including Shaparak Saleh, Diora Ziyaeva, and Georges Affaki will provide insights on the benefits of the JCPOA, the current status of noncompliance, pathways to repair the situation, and the potential effects of a dispute resolution mechanism in addressing noncompliance and de-escalating tension.
This program also includes a highly- anticipated keynote address by distinguished speakers Kiran Nasir G. and Mehrnoosh Aryanpour.
