His notable engagements include:

• Represented a client on its claims against NIOC arising out of a contract for development of certain phases of South Pars gas field before the Ministry of Petroleum (MOP) Contractual Dispute Settlement Committee designed to settle the disputes between the MOP affiliates and their contractors. The evaluation of various variation orders was another point on which the parties disagreed. The aggregate sum in dispute was around USD 250,000,000 and the dispute committee ruled in my client’s favor.
