| Work Experience | Dr. Nazemi is the Founding Partner & Director of International Legal Services of Fanoos Law Office, a certified independent law firm registered in Tehran, with 17 years of experience as legal practitioner & attorney-at-law. Dr. Nazemi acts as an arbitrator and he is in the TRAC arbitrators list. He provides legal consultancy & services in fields including but not limited to: Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Litigation, International Commercial Affairs, International Foreign Investment, Corporations, IP Law, Mining & has been involved in cases covering Public & Private International Law connected with Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals issues. Apart of acting as an independent international commercial arbitrator, appreciating dynamism & mobility he’s been representing also, foreign clients in commercial negotiations, projects & legal management.
