Since its establishment in 1997, the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center has offered – as an impartial and neutral international organization – institutional support for the management of domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
TRAC arbitration is a flexible and effective procedure for settling disputes that leads to final and binding awards that can be enforced throughout the world. The TRAC Arbitration Rules are substantially in line with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
Given its central and strategic location in Southwest Asia and the Persian Gulf, TRAC is a favorable and advantageous environment for the management of international arbitration.
