Work Experience | In addition to a vast experience in litigation before the Belgian Court, Patrick Van Leynseele has been involved, as leading or as co-counsel, in numerous international arbitration matters under the auspices of the ICC, Cepani (Brussels arbitration institute), AAA (American Arbitration Association), or ad hoc arbitrations; He frequently acts as either chairman or party-appointed arbitrator in arbitration panels; Accepted on the (revised 1997 and 2002) American Arbitration Association panel of Neutrals; Appointed in a Ministerial Decree of 21/06/2004 as expert arbitrator in cases relating to the energy sector in the Wallon Region; Listed in “European Legal Experts” (2005 ed.) (Compilation of lawyers’ opinions on fellow professionals); Member of the CPR Institute in New York and its European Advisory Council. |
