On September 13, 2017, the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) together with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and International Chamber of Commerce Sweden (ICC Sweden) hosted their second joint international seminar, in Stockholm, on doing business in Iran. The seminar was composed of two panels.  
 

On September 6, 2017, the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) and the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber (ACIC) hosted a one-day joint training course on International Construction Contracts & Dispute Resolution.  
 

On July 5, 2017, Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) and Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) hosted their Second Joint Seminar in Tehran.  
 

On 7 June 2017, the Republic of Fiji deposited the instrument of ratification with the Secretary-General of the United Nations to accede to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods.

New Party to the Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods
On 7 June 2017, the Republic of Fiji deposited the instrument of ratification with the Secretary-General of the United Nations to accede to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods adopted in 1980 (“CISG”).

The CISG will enter into force in Fiji on 1 July 2018. Fiji becomes the 86th State worldwide and the 15th out of 56 States in the Asia-Pacific region to adopt the CISG.
